3Insys is the IT-OT Agile Integration suite for the Energy and Utility sector that provides hybrid cloud-based integration Platform-as-a-Service (iPaaS) solutions for System Integration, Data Integration, Identity Management, API Management, and Robotic Process Automation. 3Insys assists utilities in securely orchestrating data flows and robotizing complex operational processes throughout their disparate IT and OT systems and environments.

We are seeking a System Integrator who can assess and define the scope of the system integration, create and review system integration designs, develop integration testing and review test results, and implement, monitor, and maintain operational integration systems. The candidate should have experience preparing technical integration architecture design packages and documents for developers and project managers. Additionally, the candidate should have work experience in designing and developing enterprise-level applications and databases.

Qualifications::

• Demonstrated communications skills, problem-solving and project execution experience
• Experience with integration architecture (conceptual, logical, and physical), developing interface design, data mapping, and integration deployment
• Experience with integration testing processes such as defining test cases and test plans and guidelines as well as reviewing and reporting results of unit, functional, system, user acceptance, and/or performance tests
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field and experience with integrating technology

• Proficient with ESB, Web Services, SOAP, HTTP, REST, MultiSpeak, SFTP, JMS, and MQ
• Proficient with SQL, Azure, .NET
• Extensive knowledge of solution delivery, integration requirements, and standards such as integration patterns, VETO, ETL, platform decision tree, messaging standards, and cybersecurity practices
• Extensive working experience with at least one ESB. Proven track record of successful deployment of ESBs from requirements gathering through implementation.
• Ability to develop logical and physical database designs, enterprise data warehouse, and dimensional models
• Must be current in the knowledge of integration security standards, security requirements, and regulatory compliance.
• Extensive understanding in Software design and development, Software Development Lifecycle, Service Oriented Architecture, Enterprise Service Bus, Workflow, and Business Process Agile Development Methodology, Design Patterns, and Best Practices.
• Advanced skillset in designing, implementing, and consuming APIs, web services, and API-first methodologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of effectively translating functional requirements into technical design and solutions.
• Excellent leadership skills, and demonstrated experience in guiding, synergizing, and mentoring a team of developers through remote conferencing, email, and business meetings.

Experience:

• 5+ years of experience with integration architecture (conceptual, logical, and physical), developing interface design, data mapping, and integration deployment
• 3+ years of experience with integration testing processes such as defining test cases and test plans and guidelines as well as reviewing and reporting results of unit, functional, system, user acceptance, and/or performance tests
• 2+ years of experience in preparing technical presentations, training documents, and reports on integration processes
• 1+ years of experience in programming and web-based application development
• 2+ years of experience in enterprise database design
• 2+ years of experience in Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) technology and architecture

Key Responsibilities:

• Define standards and procedures for data modeling, database design, reference data management, and ETL requirements and design.
• Design data integration, including match/merge rules, for all stakeholders within the new and legacy systems within the integration scope
• Develop and maintain integration requirements, guidelines, and principles
• Define business models, corresponding business services, and potential source/target methods for inter and intra-project flows using project flow maps
• Evaluate existing integration architecture and interface designs within interconnected systems to make recommendations on how to reduce the impact of integration and dependencies between middleware and systems
• Create design documents for new interfaces based on the current design standards and present them to stakeholders for input
• Review data mappings and make recommendations for additional data mappings between source and target systems, as needed
• Conduct an Integration Health Check assessment to determine the integration maturity level
• Prepare technical specifications for in-scope interfaces, finalize all interface requirements, and  end-to-end testing of integrated systems and interfaces by reviewing system specifications
• Review and propose cybersecurity solutions for the integrated systems
• Perform the integration deployment of all endpoints, interfaces, and adapters to existing and new systems
• Create and organize thorough documentation of the integration process that includes the instructions of how the system is designed, developed, deployed, tested, and all the transitional elements that are required to maintain and support continual system integrations (such as any hardware, software, licenses, modules, and resources needed)

• Cloud services - Design, Development, Deployment, and Maintain
• Server-side technologies - Nginx, Redis, Apache, ElasticSearch, etc.
• Security technologies - SSO, IDM, SAML, OAuth, JWT
• Experience in deploying and managing infrastructure in a data center
